A Merchant of Record (MoR) is a company that appears as the seller on a payment transaction. It is responsible for collecting payment, calculating applicable taxes, issuing invoices or receipts, and ensuring compliance with local sales tax and VAT regulations on behalf of the merchant.

Our Approach

Hermanoslicense.com is operated by Hermanos License – Emirhan Tekin, which is the primary seller and responsible party for all transactions on this platform.

For some payment flows, we may use third-party Merchant of Record services such as Paddle or Lemon Squeezy. When an MoR provider is used for a transaction, their company name may appear on your bank statement or invoice, and they are responsible for tax compliance and payment processing for that transaction.

Regardless of which payment processor or MoR provider handles your transaction, product support, delivery, and warranty are always provided by Hermanoslicense.com. If you have a question about your order or need support, contact us directly — do not contact the payment processor.

Invoices and Receipts

An order summary is always available in your account. If an MoR provider issued the payment, the invoice from that provider will reflect their company details. If you need an invoice from Hermanoslicense.com directly, contact support@hermanoslicense.com.

Tax

Applicable taxes are calculated and applied at checkout based on your country of residence and the payment method used. When an MoR provider is used, they are responsible for tax calculation, collection, and remittance to the relevant tax authority.
